There are currently no Help Desk Technicians available for Online Support. You can email us below and a Work Order will automatically be created and technicians will contact you.
If you are looking for help with your passwords, please keep the following in mind: 1. The Help Desk cannot take password reset requests online or via email. You must either visit a Service Center location, or call the Help Desk at the number below. The Help Desk will also not reset any password without your ID number and Date of Birth. If you are a parent calling for your child, the Help Desk will not reset a password for any account where the student is 18years or older, we must speak with the student.
2. Your e-Learning Vista password is the same as your MySCSU password. If you are unable to log into e-Learning Vista, please try to log into MySCSU, it may be expired and ask you to create a new one.
3. Your password to log onto the Wireless Network is the same password as the one you would use to log into a computer in a lab room. If you cannot log onto the Wireless Network, you should first go to any lab on campus, and try to log in. If you are unable to do so, any one of the Service Center locations can reset it for you or see item #4.
4. You are able to reset your Window Network password yourself using the Windows Password Reset Form on the OIT Website (THIS FORM WILL NOT RESET YOUR MYSCSU PASSWORD).
Follow the steps below to complete this process:
a. Fill in the form, make sure you enter the information indicated in the format stated. For the New Password field, enter 123456 b. Click the Request Windows Password Change c. The screen will now tell you that you must wait 30 minutes, YOU MUST WAIT AT LEAST 10-15 e. Enter your username and your new temporary password - which is 123456SCSU123! Make sure that the SCSU is in all CAPITAL LETTERS. f. You should be prompted to change your password. If it does not already have the OLD password field filled in, it is the 123456SCSU123! g. You have now estalished a new Windows Network Password. You can now use this password to log onto any computer on campus as well as into the Wireless Network.

Buley 410: M-Th 10am-8pm F 10am-4pm Sat 9am-5pm
Jennings 130: M-Th 8am-6pm F 8am-4pm Sat 9am-5pm
Please Note: The Service Center hours are not the same as the lab hours for BU410 and JE130.
